At GemsCraze, we prioritize your satisfaction and confidence while shopping with us. That’s why we offer a 15-day policy for returns and exchanges. If you find that you’re not entirely pleased with your purchase for any reason, you’re welcome to return or exchange the item in its untouched condition, provided you reach out to us within 15 days from the date of delivery.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- The period for making a return or exchange must not surpass 15 days from the date you received the original order.
- All items must be returned in their initial state, without any marks or signs of wear, and must not have been resized or modified in any manner.
- Customers are required to use a shipping method with tracking for returns or exchanges. We will not process returns or exchanges without tracking information.
- In the case of a return, any promotional items received should be sent back with the items being returned. If not included, the retail value of the promotional gift will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Please Note: Do not send your return to the address on your package, as this is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Non-Refundable Items
Items marked as Final Sale cannot be refunded, exchanged, or resized.
Items that have been worn, or those sent as a Replacement/Exchange, are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds
We will process returns within 5 days of receiving your package. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
- If the return is due to consumer reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost. The exact fee depends on the courier service chosen.
- If the return is due to our error, such as receiving damaged or incorrect goods, the customer will not bear the shipping cost for this reason.
Self-Service Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate your return by contacting our customer service team for authorization.
Step 2: Pack and ship the item(s) with a copy of your return that includes the order number, full name, and email address. The package should be sent prepaid through a method that allows for tracking.
Step 3: Await a confirmation email regarding your successful return. We will confirm receipt of the goods and process them within 2 business days.
Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on solid gold products or engraved products, as each piece is custom-made. Once production begins on any solid gold item, cancellations are not permitted.
